We management all Japan properties for investment or holiday use. We act as agent of overseas owners to collect rent from tenant, pay tax, building management fee, do room cleaning and decoration.
Just fill in authorization letter, hand in your property rental document, your personal information and key. We shall proceed the change of property management company for you. No extra charge!!
Our property management manager can speak Cantonese, Mandarin, English and Japanese. Our property mangement fee for investment use is 5% of gross rent + tax. If gross rent is 100,000 yen, our property management fee is 5,400 yen.
For holiday use property, we charge 2,500 yen + tax.
